I was so happy to find parts for my TriStar. I took it to a place to be fixed and was told it would take over a month to get the parts- I found Coast Vacuum and received the parts in less than a week. I also saved money installing the parts myself. I highly recommended this site- very efficient and helpful.......Deborah

The Power Nozzle Cord part sent was the wrong one and is for the Tristar 1000. It is to short for the 2000. I don`t see any way to write to exchamge the part. Please E-mail me or call.......FRED

I ordered from this company 8/13/06 and received a confirmation number. I never received the product and tried to contact the company without any response several times. I don`t understand if this is a legitimate company why they don`t respond to my e-mail or return my money if they don`t have the product. ????????????......Sandra
